Compact Marine and Powersports Amplifier
Perfect for any marine and powersports applications, you can now enjoy an amazing audio experience while out in the open with your marine speakers powered up by the amazing JL Audio MX500/4. This amplifier comes with four channel outputs and can pack a lot of power even with its compact size.

IPX7 Waterproof Resistance
This amplifier has an IPX7 water-resistance rating, so you won't have to worry about it getting wet. The JL Audio MX500/4’s cast aluminum chassis is corrosion-resistant as well, so you can expect that it is going to withstand extreme environments, allowing you longer playing hours of use.

Class D Amplifier
With its Class-D amp technology design, the JL Audio MX500/4 can deliver a power output of 70 Watts RMS at 4 ohms per channel and 125 Watts RMS at 2 ohms per channel. By setting it in a 2-channel mode, you get a continuous power output of 250 Watts at 4 ohms per channel, which is perfect if you are going to power up a pair of subwoofers.

Variable Low and High-Pass Filters
Aside from a switchable input voltage and channel modes, the JL Audio MX500/4 also comes with variable low and high-pass filters from 35 Hz up to 300 Hz, allowing you to filter out unnecessary frequencies that can affect your audio output while it also protects your speakers from getting damaged.
