FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $35* (and only a $7.99 flate rate on orders below $35) for our car audio ecommerce store.

Please note that free shipping applies to standard shipping only, and additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or shipping outside of the contiguous United States.

(At the moment we do not ship internationally)

Also, certain oversized or heavy items may not be eligible for free shipping and will be subject to additional shipping fees. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. PST are shipped on the same day and usually arrive within 3 - 7 business days. (we cannot guarantee your delivery date, however) 

Once your order has left our facility it can be rerouted only to a UPS HUB for pickup with a valid ID. The customer will need to pay a $25 intercept fee before rerouting is initiated.

In case your package is not received or is misplaced, please check your delivery address, look for any delivery notifications, and ask neighbors who might have received the package on your behalf. 

Please report any shipping issues to us within 36 hours of the expected delivery time.

To enhance security, we verify all orders shipped to addresses different from the billing address.
