Mono Subwoofer Amplifier

L Audio NexD Switching Technology
The JL Audio RD500/1 comes with the famous JL Audio NexD Switching Technology, which uses a self-oscillating modulator to protect your audio quality from distortion that comes from the supply voltage fluctuation. It also has Differential-Balanced inputs for a clean sound while eliminating noise from your setup. Its heatsink is made of heavy-duty aluminum alloy, allowing the amplifier to stay cool after long hours of use.
Class-D Amplifier
With its Class-D amplifier design, the JL Audio RD500/1 can deliver a power output of 250 Watts RMS at 4 ohms and 500 Watts RMS at 2 ohms. Its frequency response of 7 up to 500 Hz allows the amplifier to produce a deep and extensive low-frequency production with minimal distortion.
Variable Low-Pass Filter
The JL Audio RD500/1 has a variable low-pass filter from 50 to 500 Hz and a variable bass boost of up to 12 dB at 45 Hz, allowing you a more defined low-frequency performance while having the option to push more bass on your subwoofer. Using its LED clip light, you can set the gain of the amplifier safely.
