Polypropylene Cone and a Foam Surround
The biggest and loudest of the JL Audio W0v3 Subwoofer Series, the JL Audio 15W0v3-4 is a 15-inch car subwoofer that comes with a lot of power and is built with the latest and best technologies that JL Audio has to offer.

The subwoofer has a polypropylene cone and a foam surround, which enables it to produce an accurate and clean bass with reduced distortion, and gives added protection from the effects of long usage periods at maximum volume levels. The lead wire is also woven into the subwoofer's spider for additional strength.

Low-frequency Performance With Minimal Distortion
It uses a DMA-optimized motor design, allowing the subwoofer to produce a clean and accurate low-frequency performance with minimal distortion. It also employs JL Audio's elevated frame cooling design, which allows the air to flow directly to the voice coil, resulting in a highly efficient thermal system, allowing the subwoofer to withstand the rigors from long periods of usage at high volume levels.

The JL Audio 15W0v3-4 has a power output of 500 Watts RMS at 4 ohms. Its frequency response of 20 up to 200 Hz and its sensitivity rate of 88.2 dB are excellent indicators that this subwoofer can really go loud while producing an extensive low-range performance with minimal distortion only.
