High and Low-pass Filter
Although you can stack and connect an external amplifier, it has a built-in amplifier with a six-channel preamp output for full-range frequency production. It has a continuous power output of 16 Watts per channel and can go up to 50 Watts of peak power per channel. The Alpine iLX-507 has a built-in 13-band parametric EQ to tune the amplifier's frequency response. It also has a high and low-pass filter to filter out the unwanted frequencies that could damage your car's speakers. Lastly, it comes with Bass Engine SQ for a more legendary audio quality from the receiver.
