Kicker SoloX L7X Series Subwoofer

Forced-Air Cooling™
Technology that improves the performance of car audio subwoofers by keeping the voice coil cooler. This is accomplished by utilizing a fan to draw air through the subwoofer, forcing air to move over the back plate, cooling the voice coil. This helps to reduce power compression, allowing the subwoofer to play louder and cleaner at higher power levels. The fan is designed to be quiet and efficient, making it suitable for use in any vehicle.
Field-Replaceable Cone Assembly
It is an 10-inch subwoofer assembly composed of a polypropylene cone with a foam surround and a rubber magnet boot. The cone is designed to provide deep, powerful bass response, while the rubber magnet boot helps to isolate the cone from vibration. The assembly also includes a frequency-specific cast aluminum basket and a rubber gasket to help seal the assembly from the elements. The assembly is an ideal choice for car audio systems, as it is easy to install and replace in the field.
