The 6x9-inch woofer comes with a polypropylene cone and a rubber surround, which enables the JL Audio C1-690 to deliver a powerful and accurate low-frequency performance with reduced noise at cranked-up volume levels while being able to withstand the heavy demand that comes with producing vibrations from its massive bass output.
